Description
So many people across DeviantArt (and the web) have been kind enough to create tutorials on how the achieve effects. I wanted to give back in some way.
Which led to this Comet Tutorial! Here is a one (of many) way of creating the streaks of light seen in so many pieces of space art. This tutorial was created using Photoshop CS6, but it uses basic brushes and filters, so it should apply across many Photoshop versions.
